Do you offer an emergency service?
Yes. We offer an emergency 24 hour service for lockouts and door openings, for homes and businesses. For everything else, we work Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
My double glazing has misted up. Do I need a new window?
Not necessarily. We replace misted, condensed and broken double glazed units on their own, without replacing the whole window or door.
I've snapped a key in the lock. Does the lock need replacing?
Often not. We can extract a snapped key from the lock, so there is no need to replace the whole unit.
Are you DBS checked?
Yes. Jon Collier is an ex-police officer, fully DBS (formerly CRB) checked, with over 15 years of experience.
